cause i was damm pissed off cause i was standing infront asking them to be tuned so that i can warm them up .
then everyone was making noises of their own , one time i shouted .
then the kept quiet awhile and i gave them instructions to be tunes in 3o secs .

it only takes 2o + - to be tuned la ==
then 1 min later i keep saying hey ,

then i finally shouted .
and asked them to warm up .
cannot change notes ,
so i attitude-ed and ask them " play c major need see score .?"
all answered no .
then i asked them to watch me.
although i said 16 counts .
but i went fast so its like around 8 counts if i conducted slowly .
